What Is Price Freezing?
Price freezing grants you the ability to purchase a ticket for a specified event at a specified price for a specified period of time.
Eligible events have to be no sooner than 3 days at the time of price freeze selection. Qualifying tickets will have an icon next to them.
How Does Price Freezing Work?
Step 1
Track event and tap the ❄️to freeze prices.
Step 2
Monitor listings against frozen prices until you're ready to purchase.
Step 3
Complete purchase and receive up to $50 in credit if prices increased.
Price Freeze Eligibility And Rules
- The icon must be present on the event for it to be applicable for Price Freeze.
- You must be a registered user of the app and have made a previous purchase.
- You have up until 48 hours prior to the start of the event to purchase or the price freeze expires and the price goes to the current price.
- You can only perform one price freeze at a time.
- Price freezing doesn't guarantee ticket availability at the time of purchase.
- Purchases are limited to one transaction per Price Frozen Qualifying Event.
- You are able to delete your price freeze.
- Price freezes won’t apply if the event is postponed or rescheduled during the freeze window.
- If the current price goes above the price freeze price, and you make your purchase at the higher price, you're issued a credit of the difference up to the maximum credit cap.
- The Credit Cap is equal to a maximum of twenty-five dollars ($25) per ticket and a maximum of fifty dollars ($50) per transaction.
- Price freezing isn’t available for all events or tickets and you can’t combine the BestPrice Guarantee with applicable events/tickets.
