AutoList is a powerful selling tool that lists your tickets across various marketplaces simultaneously.
- How will I know if my listing is AutoList eligible?
At the time of listing and when you go to view your ticket detail information it will be noted if your event is AutoList eligible. If it does not appear, it is not eligible at this time. Note, that we are continuing to build out the feature continuously to increase the offering of TickPick Sell.
- Should I list on any other marketplaces outside of TickPick manually?
No. AutoList is already broadcasting listings across multiple marketplaces, so you'd be doing double the work. You would also be putting your listing at risk of selling multiple times, which would make you liable for the full cost of replacement tickets.
- Does it cost money to use AutoList?
No, using the AutoList feature is free to TickPick users. However, final pricing on each marketplace may vary due to different fee structures.
- Where does AutoList post my tickets?
Your tickets will be posted across most major ticket marketplaces.
- How long does it take for a listing to appear on multiple marketplaces after using AutoList?
Typically, listings should appear on other marketplaces a short amount of time after being AutoListed.
- Will my payout be different based on the marketplace it sells on through AutoList?
No, you will be paid out the same amount irregardless of where it ends up selling.
- Can I use AutoList and AutoTransfer?
These features are designed to be used together for optimal results, allowing you to seamlessly manage your ticket inventory and sales. After creating your listing on TickPick, make sure to transfer your tickets to us to enable AutoTransfer, which will allow us to deliver your tickets when they sell to the buyers automatically.
- Do I need to use AutoList and AutoTransfer at the same time or can I use them on their own?
Users must use both AutoList & AutoTransfer if they do not enable AutoList for their listing from the create listing process or are not automatically enrolled into AutoList by using Three Touch Resell.
- When will my listing be confirmed as successfully AutoListed?
When your tickets have been successfully AutoListed, you will receive an email notifying you that your tickets have been broadcasted.
- Can I modify my AutoList listing?
Yes, you can modify your listing even after it has been AutoListed, providing you with flexibility and control over your listings.
- Can I delete my listing?
Yes. You will automatically receive the ticket transfer back to your email address and need to accept your tickets into your account.
- Is it safe to use the AutoList to help sell my tickets?
Yes. AutoList is safe and secure and will increase your chances of selling your tickets.
- Is there a limit of how many tickets I can AutoList?
There is currently no limit to the number of listings you can have on AutoList, enabling you to scale your ticket selling efforts without constraints.
- I haven't received my tickets yet, can I still use AutoList?
Yes, you have the option to AutoList your tickets during the listing creation process even if you do not yet have the tickets in your possession. To initiate AutoTransfer however, you will need to have the tickets in hand.
