- How do I know if my listing is AutoList eligible?
If your listing is AutoList eligible, when creating your listing on our sell page, there will be an option to toggle on AutoList. If you do not see an AutoList option when entering your ticket information, your listing is not eligible at this time.
- How much does AutoList cost?
AutoList is free to use. TickPick does take a commission on any tickets sold through our platform.
- Where does AutoList post my tickets?
Your tickets will be posted across most major ticket marketplaces.
- When will my listing be confirmed as successfully AutoListed?
When your tickets have been successfully AutoListed, you will receive an email notifying you that your tickets have been broadcasted.
- Can I delete my listing?
Yes. You will automatically receive the ticket transfer back to your email address and need to accept your tickets into your account.
- Is it safe to use the AutoList to help sell my tickets?
Yes. AutoList is safe and secure and will increase your chances of selling your tickets.
- I haven't received my tickets yet, can I still use AutoList?
No, you will need to have your tickets in-hand and available to transfer at the time of creating your listing.
