How does sorting and filtering on the event page work?

What is the “Best Seat” filter?

The “Best Seat” filter is just as it states, as it shows the best available seats for that event (on a “Seat Rating” scale of 1 to 5 stars, with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best). This filter is ideal for anyone looking to secure the best seats in the house!

How is “Best Deal” determined?The “Best Deal” filter combines both the price of the tickets, as well as the quality of the seat location (see "Seat Rating") for listings still available to purchase for an event. This filter will sort the tickets to show the best "bang-for-your-buck".

How is “Seat Rating” determined?The “Seat Rating” groups sections within a venue into a 1-5 star rating depending on location, with 5 being the best and 1 being the worst. This filter is a great tool to get an idea for some of the best sections in which to sit within a venue.  The price of a listing has no impact on the seat rating, as it is strictly based on location.

How else am I able to filter tickets?
You can utilize other filter options to fit your needs as well. Those include: 
  • Electronic Delivery Only - This only shows tickets with an electronic delivery option.
  • On Aisle - This shows guaranteed aisle seat tickets.
  • Elite Sellers Only - This only shows listings by sellers with an established reputation with TickPick for quick confirmation and on-time delivery of orders. However, there is no reason to be alarmed if a seller does not fall under this category.
  • ADA (wheelchair accessible) - This only shows you tickets with a wheelchair accessible disclosure.
  • Hide Obstructed/Partial View - This will hide any tickets that have a obstructed or partial view disclosure. 
  • Hide Piggyback Seats - This will hide any tickets that have a piggyback disclosure (seats that are in front and directly behind other seats purchased in the same order instead of being right next to each other). 
  • First Row in Section - This only shows tickets that are guaranteed to be in the first row of the section.
  • VIP & Add-Ons - This only shows you VIP and extra add-on tickets (add-on tickets are not for entry into the event).
  • Instant Delivery - This only shows tickets that are guaranteed to be delivered right after order confirmation. 
  • Parking - This shows only parking pass listings. 
  • SRO/GA Only - This only shows tickets that are Standing Room Only or General Admission.
