AutoPrice is an innovative feature that dynamically adjusts the price of your tickets to maximize your chances of a sale. The tool gathers and analyzes data continuously optimizing the price of your listing.
- Is there a limit to the number of listings I set up for AutoPrice at one time?
Nope! If the event has AutoPrice enabled, you are capable of setting AutoPrice for as many listings you have.
- What events are eligible for AutoPrice?
Not all events will be eligible for AutoPrice, General Admission events will be excluded. TickPick will decide which events can use AutoPrice initially and intends to offer for more events in the future.
- Can I modify my price if my listing has AutoPrice enabled?
You can change your listing price at any time, and we'll use this new price as the baseline for AutoPrice adjustments.
- How often will my ticket prices adjust?
As the event date approaches, we increase the frequency of our price adjustments. Initially, prices are adjusted daily.
- Are there additional fees associated with using AutoPrice?
No. There are no fees associated with using AutoPrice.
- How can I track price updates?
Go to https://www.tickpick.com/sell-tickets/#listings to view your active listing, the price you see for your ticket is the real-time price.
- Why hasn’t my tickets adjusted in price?
Depending on how much inventory there is for the event, our algorithm may decide to skip price adjustments.
- Do I have the ability to set a minimum price?
Currently, AutoPrice does not support setting a minimum price. We trust our algorithm to optimize pricing effectively, but we are open to considering this feature in the future.
- Why didn’t my tickets sell with AutoPrice?
TickPick cannot guarantee that your ticket will sell with AutoPrice. We rely solely on the supply and demand of the market. For more info, please check out terms and conditions.
- Can I opt out of AutoPrice?
You can choose to opt out of AutoPrice at any point leading up to the event date. Just go to the Automations tab under your active listing and turn the AutoPrice toggle back to “Off” to turn off the price adjustments.
