A new feature that allows sellers to provide an additional incentive on their tickets for buyer’s to receive a 5% TickPick Credit. The seller’s payout will be 5% less if tickets are sold with a boost enabled.
- What if I change the price of a Credit Boosted listing?
If the price drops below $50, the Boost will be deactivated. You will need to adjust the price back to at least $50 to reactivate the Credit Boost.
- What if my Boosted ticket doesn't sell?
There is no penalty for unsold Credit Boosted tickets. There is no difference between an unsold Boosted listing and an unsold unBoosted listing. You are not charged if your tickets don't sell. It is free to list tickets on TickPick and you are only paid out if they sell.
- Can I Boost multiple listings?
Yes, you can apply Boosts to any of your listings that meet the minimum price requirement, though each listing must be Boosted individually.
- How is a Credit Boosted listing displayed to potential buyers?
Boosted listings are highlighted on the event page and noted during the checkout process, making it clear to buyers that they will receive a credit with their purchase.
- Can the Credit Boost be combined with other promotions?
Yes, the Credit Boost does not affect a buyer’s ability to use other promo codes or credits on TickPick.
- What about fluctuations in pricing?
If a listing’s price changes and falls below the $50 mark then rises again, the Boost must be manually reactivated.
- What happens if my Boosted listing was $55/ticket, but I lower it to $49/ticket?
Your listing will no longer be Boosted, and you will have to adjust your price to $50+ to be eligible for Boosting your listing again.
- Can sellers enable the 5% Boost for several ticket listings simultaneously, or does it need to be applied individually to each listing?
You can only Boost listings individually at this time.
- How is the Boosted listing displayed to potential buyers, and where can they see the added incentive on their end?
You can see the Boost added to your listing on the event page you are selling for. The Boost will also be notated on the listing at checkout.
- How does the Boosted listing affect the final price the buyer pays?
The final price does not affect the amount the buyer pays. The buyer will receive the credit Boost if they purchase your tickets.
- Can I remove the Boost from my listing before it sells?
Yes, you can remove a Boost on your listing any time before a sale occurs for your listing.
- Are there any restrictions on how the buyer can use the TickPick Credit received from the Boost?
There aren’t any restrictions on how the credit can be used for the buyer. The buyer will just need to use it before it expires in 90 days.
- Does my payout change if the buyer does not use the Credit Boost and it expires?
No, you will be paid out the amount agreed upon to Boost your listing regardless of the buyer’s actions post purchase.
- I see 6% Credit Boost on my listing; does that affect my payout?
No, your payout is still 80% of your listing price if your tickets sell.
- Can more than one seller boost their listing at the same time?
Yes, there can be multiple Boosted listings on an event at any given time.
