The ticket delivery method will always be displayed under the “section” and “row” and to the right of the seller notes. Delivery options you may see (depending on the event) are as follows. Please note that the delivery type is not always guaranteed as these methods can change depending on how the seller receives the tickets from their primary source.
- Instant Download - Pre-uploaded electronic tickets that you’ll receive instantly via email once the order is confirmed.
- E-Tickets - Electronic tickets that may or may not be uploaded right away after order confirmation (tickets may not yet be available to the seller due to delivery delays by the venue/artist/team, for instance), but will still be uploaded for the buyer prior to the event.
- FedEx Delivery - Tickets that will be shipped via FedEx (once available to the seller) that would carry a $10.99 FedEx fee for 2-day shipping or $15.99 for overnight delivery.
- Instant Transfer - Readily available electronic transfer tickets that you’ll receive once the order is confirmed.
- Electronic Transfer - Tickets that will be manually transferred from the seller’s electronic delivery platform to the buyer’s account via their name and email address, such as AXS or Ticketmaster, once they are available.
- Will Call - Tickets that will be left in the buyer’s name at the venue’s box office, to be picked up on the day of the event.
- Local Pickup - Tickets that will be picked up (generally day of event) at a location close to the venue (only offered to our larger, licensed ticket brokers).
