Currently, promo codes cannot be used on the website. While TickPick credit is usable on our website, the TickPick app must be downloaded to access the promo code feature. 

If you have TickPick credit (rewards) points available, a pop-up will appear under the total asking if you would like to apply the credit to your order. Please note that promo codes and credit cannot be combined.

App

At the checkout page, you will be able to input a TickPick promo code only if there is no TickPick credit in your account. For any TickPick promo codes there will be a “Have a code?” button. Click on the text and this will allow you to input and apply your promo code to the order and the discount will reflect at checkout.
