You will be sent a delivery notification email once your tickets have been transferred via AXS. If you do not have an AXS account under the same email you use for your TickPick login you will be asked to create one (using the same email address as on your TickPick order). Once your account is created, any future tickets transferred to you will automatically be added into your account.
Once transferred, your ticket(s) can be accessed via the tickets tab. You will be asked to present your mobile ID from the AXS app for entry to the venue. Please note, this single barcode will represent all tickets you have for that event.
