You will receive an email as soon as your tickets sell on TickPick. To confirm the sale, please follow the link in the sale email or login to your TickPick account where you will be able to confirm the order from the “Sales” page under “My Account.”
If you are not ready to deliver your tickets, confirm the sale with the estimated date you expect to be able to deliver them. We will send you a reminder email on the estimated delivery date you provide. If your tickets are ready to be delivered, following the instructions below based on the type of tickets you are selling.
If your tickets are a mobile (electronic) transfer, the customer’s name and email will be available in the selling portal and you must send them the tickets from the venue's primary ticketing company (Ticketmaster, AXS, Seatgeek, etc). If you're unsure of the process, please following the prompts below.
If your tickets are in PDF format, you will be able to upload any e-tickets as an attachment from the “Sales” page or by following the link that was sent in your sales email.
If your tickets are hardstock (ticket stubs, wristbands, etc.), you can access your shipping label from the confirmation page. Please print out the label once your tickets are ready to be shipped. Once the label is printed, take the label and the tickets to your local FedEx shipping center where they can be packaged and shipped to the buyer. This label is paid for by the buyer.
