You will receive an email as soon as your tickets sell on TickPick. If your tickets were not pre-uploaded and set as an “instant download” delivery, you will need to confirm and deliver the tickets. To confirm the sale, please follow the link in the sale email or login to your TickPick account where you will be able to confirm the order from the “Sales” page under “My Account.” You will also be able to upload any e-tickets from the “Sales” page or by following the link that was sent in your sales email. If your tickets are a mobile transfer, the customer’s name and email will be available in the selling portal. Once transferred, please mark the sale as transferred with the correct transfer button in order to complete the sale.
For any tickets that need to ship, sellers will receive a prepaid FedEx shipping label. Please print out the label once your tickets are ready to be shipped. Once the label is printed, take the label and the tickets to your local FedEx where they can be packaged and shipped to the buyer.
