- First, make sure you're logged into your TickPick account from a computer/laptop or our mobile app, otherwise an order will not process.
- Once logged in, select the event that you would like to purchase tickets for.
- On the event page, you can use our filters to help sort tickets by price, quantity, seat rating, best deal, and best seat.
Once you've selected the tickets you wish to purchase, you will be directed to the checkout page where you can review your order details (ALWAYS DO THIS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT TICKETS) and seller notes before accepting our user agreement. Enter your billing and shipping information, as well as any promo code or TickPick credit you might have, and place your order.
Shortly after you place your order, you will receive a pop-up confirming your order was placed on our site with a TickPick order number, as well as a purchase confirmation sent to your email.
