*the tickets need to be from a previous order and you can access this feature from your order details page
You'll first need to login and then click "Sell Tickets" on the top right corner of the homepage.
Then search the event you're wishing to sell for.
After clicking on that event, you'll select the correct date/venue/time.
Our selling platform will provide you with step-by-step instructions to provide all of your ticket details.
Can I still list my tickets for sale without having them in-hand yet?
Yes! In today’s ticket industry, delivery delays on the release of tickets for events is becoming more common. For this reason, we allow tickets to be listed for sale without being “in-hand” yet. Please note, any hard stock ticket listings will be taken down 96 hours before the event to ensure they can ship in time to the buyer. Please make sure to list an accurate in-hand date for when you will have these tickets available for delivery.
At what price should I list my tickets for sale?
Whether you are buying or selling, the ticket market for an event is always difficult to predict. Supply and demand is the largest factor in fluctuating ticket prices. For outdoor events, weather can play a key role. The best advice we can provide is to price your tickets competitively and keep a constant eye on the market so you can adjust the listing price as you see fit.
The cheapest price for a ticket for the event you're looking to sell for will also show when you're deciding on your price in the listing page.
How do I list seat disclosures on my listing?
Sellers are required to list any seat disclosures that are printed or displayed on tickets. If a disclosure is not included with the listing, you may be held responsible for any penalty fees associated with the order. Disclosure options will be available during the listing process and include, but are not limited to the following:
Limited or obstructed view
Wheelchair accessible
Wheelchair only
Aisle Seats
21 and over section
Side or rear view
Restricted leg room
Alcohol-free section
Parking Pass Only
Parking Pass Included
Not an Event Ticket
VIP Access Included
Once you have entered all of your ticket details and set your listing price, you will be asked to agree to our standard terms and conditions.
