Hardstock tickets are physical copies of tickets. We use FedEx for delivery of these types of tickets. Customers will receive a delivery confirmation email from TickPick that contains a FedEx tracking number once the seller accesses the shipping label in their system.
When should I expect to receive my tickets via FedEx?
Many sellers have software that automatically confirms orders by accessing the shipping label. If you order tickets for an event that is months away and have not seen any tracking updates on the FedEx website within a few days of receiving the confirmation email, know that it is likely the tickets will ship closer to the event. As soon as the seller has access to the tickets from the venue, they will send the shipment out. Please refer to the seller's in-hand date provided in your confirmation email if your tickets have yet to ship for an order. Tickets will be delivered with the FedEx delivery service selected at checkout (2-day, Priority Overnight).
FedEx delivered my tickets, but I can't find them. Can I get replacement tickets or a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if FedEx has confirmed the delivery of your tickets, but please reach out to our support team and we can check in with the seller to see if they have any way to reissue the tickets for your order. We cannot make any guarantees sellers will be able to do so, but will always check if something can be done in these rare situations.
Is a signature required for orders that are shipped via FedEx?
TickPick does not require signatures for packages shipped via Fedex.
Does TickPick ship tickets outside of the United States?
TickPick only ships tickets to the continental United States and Canada.
Can tickets be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, FedEx will not deliver to P.O Boxes, so please be sure to provide a valid shipping address for any tickets that need to be physically shipped.
Can I update or change my shipping address before or after an order is placed
Before an order is placed, you will have an option at checkout to change your shipping address if different than your billing.
