Paciolan is the largest primary ticketing company in college athletics.
If your tickets are transferred within the Paciolan transfer system you'll receive either a text message or email (examples below):
Text Message
If you receive a text message regarding the ticket transfer, please click on the link and it will prompt you to accept the transfer. Click Accept Transfer and then either log in or create an account (please ensure the email used is the same as the one used for TickPick).
You'll want to add the ticket(s) to either your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
If you receive an email you'll need to input your TickPick account email at the bottom, click Accept, and it will then prompt you to log in or create an account (please ensure the email used is the same as the one used for TickPick).
Once you are logged in to your account, the forwarded tickets will appear in your shopping cart. Select the Delivery Method which you would like the tickets delivered and click Check Out.
On the Enter Payment screen, click Place Your Order in the lower right hand side. There is no payment required, but you must click this button for the transfer to process.
If you select mobile delivery, you will receive an email from tickets@lsu.edu with the subject line “Your LSU Mobile Tickets Are Ready to Download”. Click on the link and then add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
If you select Will Call, your tickets will be available for pick up at the Ticket Office either during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) or prior to the game on game day.
