E-tickets are accessible via your order details page. To view your order details page, please click into the Tickets Tab (via TickPick app) or navigate to the Orders Tab (if operating on our mobile website).
Will the venue scan the tickets from my phone?
- In most cases, yes, the tickets are meant to be scanned directly from your mobile device. Please navigate to the Tickets Tab in the TickPick mobile app, then click the order to view the QR/barcode(s).
Do I need to print my tickets?
- Generally, PDFs have moved away from the need to print for entry. However, we encourage you to review each ticket individually to see if there are explicit instructions noting that the tickets must be printed.
