• First, make sure you're logged into your TickPick account from a computer/laptop or our mobile app, otherwise an order will not process.
• Once logged in, select the event that you would like to purchase tickets for.
• On the event page, you can use our filters to help sort tickets such as by price, quantity, best deal, etc.

Once you've selected the tickets you wish to purchase, you will be directed to the checkout page where you can review your order details and seller notes before accepting our user agreement. Enter your billing and shipping information, as well as any promo code or TickPick credit you might have, and place your order.

Shortly after you place your order, you will receive a pop-up confirming your order was placed on our site with a TickPick order number, as well as a purchase confirmation sent to your email.
