Depending on the delivery type of your tickets, your seller may require access to some of the following pieces of information:
- First/last name and email address to which the seller would electronically transfer mobile tickets.
- First/last name and phone number in order for the seller to easily coordinate the delivery of tickets for the buyer on listings specifically marked for “local pickup” delivery or specific ticket transfer platforms that may require it (ex. Ticketmaster).
- Shipping address that will be included on a FedEx shipping label in order for the seller to ship the tickets for your order by mail.
Sellers on our platform are only allowed to use the above information for delivery of your tickets and personal communication from them to you is prohibited.
