Depending on the delivery type of your tickets, your seller may require access to the one of the following pieces of buyer information.
- Name and email address to which the seller would electronically transfer mobile tickets.
- Phone number in order for the seller to easily coordinate the delivery of tickets for the buyer on listings specifically marked for “local pickup” delivery or specific electronic transfer platforms.
- Shipping address that will be included on a FedEx shipping label in order for the seller to ship the tickets for your order by mail.
Sellers on our platform are only allowed to any of the above information for delivery of your tickets and personal communication from them to you is prohibited.
